Attorney Profile
Robert Griscti practices in Federal and Florida trial and appeals courts in the areas of criminal defense and asset forfeiture. His practice is both national and international. He has been lead counsel in high profile civil and criminal cases and in a number of Florida Supreme Court decisions. He represents legal, medical, academic, and other professionals in disciplinary, licensing, and tenure proceedings. He also represents clients in Federal and State regulatory enforcement and compliance proceedings.
Mr. Griscti regularly teaches at the University of Florida Law School and in Continuing Legal Education programs sponsored by the Florida Bar and other bar organizations.
